This Privacy Policy explains how UTV Grit Garage Co LLC, doing business as Nightpine Games (“Nightpine Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with our games, including Spider Solitaire, and this website.
Information you provide
You do not need to create a Nightpine Games account to play Spider Solitaire. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and support request.
Game data and iCloud
Spider Solitaire stores gameplay information such as preferences, statistics, progression, achievements, Daily Challenge history, and earned in-game Webs. Game data may be stored locally on your device. Where iCloud synchronization is available and enabled, selected progress may be stored in your Apple iCloud account so it can be available on your Apple devices. Apple’s handling of iCloud information is governed by Apple’s privacy terms.
Advertising and consent
Spider Solitaire may use Google AdMob to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, approximate location, or other information as permitted by your device settings, consent choices, applicable law, and the configuration of the advertising service. Where required, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present privacy and consent choices.
Purchases
Optional purchases, including Play Ad Free, are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Nightpine Games does not receive your full payment-card information. Purchase status may be used to provide or restore purchased features.
Analytics and diagnostics
The app may use limited technical or diagnostic information needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the game. We will update this policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures if additional analytics services are introduced.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve our games, provide support, restore eligible purchases, maintain game progress and preferences, display and manage advertising, comply with legal obligations, and protect our services and users.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers that help deliver app functionality, including Apple for App Store purchases and iCloud services and Google for advertising and consent management. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Sale of personal information
Nightpine Games does not sell personal information for money. Advertising technologies can be treated as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, available consent and privacy controls will be provided through the app and device settings.
Children
Our games are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to Nightpine Games. Advertising and privacy settings will be configured in accordance with applicable platform requirements and laws.
Retention and choices
Support communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to resolve requests and maintain business records. Locally stored game data can generally be removed by deleting app data or the app, subject to data separately stored through services such as iCloud. Advertising and privacy choices may also be available through the app, your Apple device settings, and applicable provider controls.
